What is econic clay for

Natural raw materials such as natural soil, quartz, fine ore, cinerite, and fly ash are used as raw materials. They are classified into four groups by different colours. By grinding the four groups of materials respectively and combining the materials of same color with an active agent, the materials are tranformed to a powder with a high activity: econic clay.

cardamia panels can be produced in various sizes from 500×500 mm or 600×300 mm up to 2700×1200 mm depending on your needs. This gives you ultimate design freedom.

Lightweight

cardamia is extremely light. A squaremeter is about 4-5 kg. Therefore, transportation and handling are extremely easy.

Depth

Depth can be chosen freely up to the maximum depth of 6 mm. At high depth, patterns can be integrated in the material to model inspiring 3D structures.

How to use cardamia

receive cardamia, which arrives either rolled up or in form of plates, at your convenience
tailor it for its specific purpose on site
apply adhesive on the back
attach the tiles according to your plans
if necessary, join the tiles with sealant
scrape off overflow sealant or adhesive, do not wet wipe
dust with a dry sponge – and enjoy your result
